Borderless Europe, increased student mobility, exchange of ideas and equal opportunities are just some of ideals all of us try to achieve through higher education. Talks are given, studies are conducted and documents are written on this subject, but implementation mainly fails.
High expenses, general incompatibility and human narrow-mindedness are main issues plaguing the vision of united Europe. Differences in quality of higher education cause variable acknowledgement in society. We try to show that the level of higher education varies significantly across Europe. It is of up most importance to highlight these inequalities in all discussions in higher education. We all have different backgrounds, needs and expectations which ought to be fulfilled in our vision of European higher education.
