The FORMAT OF THE CONFERENCE will be very similar to the previous editions. The Students will have 10 hours to discuss (2 sessions on the 23rd and 2 on the 24th). They will stay with the same group (25-35 Students) for the all 4 sessions discussing the topic they prepared about writing the abstract.
The first session of the 23rd will be open with the PowerPoint presentation of the Italian participants and then the discussion will start with the participation of all the students and will be moderated by an appointed Chair. The discussion will be informal and your Students will not need to prepare a PowerPoint Presentation in advance.
During the conference, the Students will try to reach the consensus on the different aspects of each topic and in particular about the RECOMMENDATIONS TO RECTORS, EUROPEAN COMMISSIONERS, etc. which will be included in the FINAL ROME DECLARATION.
On Saturday 25 all the Forums will present their results in the way each forum will consider more appropriate (not only PowerPoint presentations but also INFORMAL PRESENTATIONS if they wish) but not much time will be available (5 -10 min each).
